Frequently Asked Questions - Ordering Leather Online

Every hide is unique, which means exact sizes will vary. Each product page provides a typical size range, such as 22–26 sq. ft. Enter your preferred square footage when ordering, and our team will select the closest available hide. You will only be charged for the exact square footage you receive.

After you submit your order, our team will review it and contact you within 1–3 business days. We’ll confirm product availability, final square footage and shipping costs, answer any questions, and arrange payment by Visa, Mastercard or e-transfer.

For each hide, enter your preferred square footage and add it to the cart separately. Return to the product page and repeat the process for each additional hide. This allows us to confirm the size and price of every hide individually.

Leather is priced per square foot so you can easily compare products. However, each item is sold as a complete hide or piece, and the final price is based on its total square footage.

We don’t cut hides to order. Leather is sold as the complete hide or piece described on the product page. If you don’t require a full hide, we also carry a selection of remnants and smaller pieces.

Shipping is calculated after your order has been prepared because every package varies in size and weight. We’ll find the best available rate based on your order and destination, then confirm the shipping cost before arranging payment. We generally ship with Canada Post Expedited, and you’re welcome to use your own courier if preferred.

That’s completely fine. Simply let us know, and we’ll cancel the Sales Order. If you decide to order at a later date, you can contact us or place a new order online. Product availability, square footage and pricing will need to be confirmed again at that time.
