Shipping Information

We ship using the most cost-effective courier available for each order, helping ensure reliable delivery at the best possible rate across Canada.

Please ensure any PO Box information is included in your shipping address. Orders shipping to PO Boxes will be sent via Canada Post Expedited Parcel, as other couriers are unable to deliver to these locations.

If you’d prefer to use your own courier account, please let us know, we’re happy to accommodate whenever possible.

As leather parcels vary greatly in size and weight, shipping rates aren’t displayed at checkout. We calculate the most accurate and affordable rate once your order is packed. Shipping costs depend on parcel dimensions, weight, and destination, and will be confirmed before your order ships.

You’ll receive a tracking email once your order has been shipped so you can follow its progress.

Shipping Reminder

Please double-check that your shipping address is accurate and complete. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, additional shipping costs will apply.

U.S. Shipments 

We’re currently pausing shipments to the USA due to recent changes to the U.S. de minimis exemption.

These changes have affected how couriers handle cross-border shipments, resulting in higher duties, taxes, and unpredictable delivery costs.

We’ll review this as regulations evolve and will reopen U.S. shipping once service becomes more consistent.
